He makes a speciality of creating comprehensive technical assistance and coaching plans and packages for monetary sector growth and corporate governance tasks on a world foundation. He joined the Carey faculty from USAID where he served as senior project manager and financial sector advisor in designing, developing and managing economic development initiatives in rising countries within the monetary sector, capital markets and corporate governance regulation. Previously, he was Professor of Finance at Babson College (Boston), where he taught corporate finance, investments, financial institutions, business valuation and portfolio management programs.
